Over the last five years Add-Life Productions has created and produced three critically acclaimed musicals: Houtkruis, Ester and Dawid. Each of these original stage productions sold more than 20,000 seats in their first run and together have opened up Afrikaans Gospel productions as a new local genre. In line with their aim of “adding life” to the theatre industry in South Africa, their upcoming Afrikaans production Die Verhaal van Racheltjie de Beer is sure to be another hit.
